Demon Alert guarantees to source and supply products that are suitable for the harsh environments of the marine world.

Guarantee Policy
Our products have 12 month manufacturer guarantee's all products sold by us are covered by our standard 12 month guarantee which will be valid from the delivery date.

To make a claim a guarantee claim simply contact us via email or phone to make a claim, we will process your claim and advise you of a "Returns Number". Once we have received the faulty product from you a period of 10-28 days will be required to effect a repair or provide a replacement. We will return working product by a trackable delivery service.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that the items received are not suitable you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

You can inform us either by email or phone to make a claim; we will process your claim and advise you of a "Returns Number".

Once we have received your returned product(s) we will inspect product and packaging, we will then provide a refund or exchange providing they are in original condition on shipment to you.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, unless the product was faulty (See 8. above). We cannot accept responsibility for loss of returned items in transit.

Note: The above do not effect your rights under the Supply of Goods and Services Act.
