The GOST NAV-TRACKER is a self contained Inmarsat Satellite based GPS monitoring system. This system receives its position reports from the GPS Satellites then relays the information over the Inmarsat Satellite Network to the ground stations and to the servers. The information is then available from any computer or mobile phone with an internet connection. When the system is armed/disarmed, goes into alarm or the GEOFence is breached, the system will automatically send up to 10 emails and/or text messages notifying of the events on the vessel. The GOST NAV-TRACKER systems can be tracked and controlled remotely from the 3rd generation tracker website www.nav-tracker.com (launched 2009). This allows owners to keep track of their vessels from anywhere in the world.
A 4th generation site of www.nav-tracker.com will be launching in the autumn of 2010.
Note: All versions of the Nav-Tracker use the same core technology and website.
GEOFence features:
When armed, the GOST NAV-TRACKER sets a GEOFence (radius) around the vessel to the specifications set by the owner (500 meters to 8 km). If the vessel moves outside the GEOFence the GOST NAV-TRACKER will send up to 10 emails or text messages notifying recipients of the GEOFence breach and provide the vessel’s exact latitude, longitude, speed and heading. It will continue to send these reports every 2 to 30 minutes (user preference, can be set on new website and changed when in breach), until the vessel returns to its original geo-fence area or is disarmed (locally or on the website).
Actual Message from NAV-TRACKER:

Covert Installation:
To help ensure a covert installation, GOST NAV-TRACKER can transmit through a 1/2 inch of solid fiberglass. This allows the GOST NAV-TRACKER to be hidden onboard and not alert thieves to its presence. This system has been responsible for most of the recent recoveries in the USA and as a result was awarded a Medal by the US Coast Guards for the most innovative product for its assistance in recovery of various high profile vessels, some in less than 1 hour using this system.

GOST NAV-TRACKER 2
The GOST NAV-TRACKER 2.0 is the most popular GPS tracking system. Multiple daily position reports can be sent at set intervals which can incorporate a wide range of security & monitoring features. This system can be locally armed & disarmed and make alerts via text message or email when the geo-fence is breeched, or any sensors are tripped. The NAV-TRACKER is able to update vessel’s speed, heading, latitude and longitude, automatically every 15 minutes (programmable from website at intervals ranging from every 2 min to every 30 min).
The Nav-Tracker 2.0 can accommodate a wide range of hardwired sensors. Popular sensors include door contacts, high water sensors, Infrared Beam Sensors, Deck Pressure Sensors, Motion Detectors, Low Voltage Sensors and many more. It can even connect to any normally open sensing device. The sensors will all be set up in series, and the GOST NAV-TRACKER 2.0 will send out the message ‘in alarm’ when any of the sensors are tripped.
Optional:
There are several other sensors that can be installed with the GOST NAV-TRACKER 2.0 including, but not limited to:
• Door contacts
• Motion detectors
• Deck pressure sensors
• Canvas snap sensors
• Outboard engine detachment sensors
• High water sensors
• Low voltage sensors or any normally open sensing device
Note: The main difference between the Nav-Tracker 1.0 & the Nav-Tracker 2.0 is the 2.0 control unit that allows for local arm/disarm and the ability to incorporate hardwired sensors.
Package includes:
• PM-NT2.0-30 includes the control unit, antenna, 30ft antenna cable, 6 foot power cable and covert antenna mounting bracket
• PM-NT2.0-60 includes the control unit, antenna, 60ft antenna cable, 6 foot power cable and covert antenna mounting bracket
GOST NAV-TRACKER 2.0 with Siren
This system includes all of the same features and options as the GOST NAV-TRACKER 2.0, plus it has an additional output to control a 100dB Siren to notify thieves that they have tripped the alarm and/or notify those near the vessel that there is an issue. The NAV-TRACKER 2.0 Siren has a different control unit so it must be ordered from the beginning.
Package includes:
• PM-NT2.0-30-S includes the control unit with additional output, antenna, 30 ft antenna cable, 6 foot power cable, 100dB siren and covert antenna mounting bracket
• PM-NT2.0-60-S includes the control unit with additional output, antenna, 60 ft antenna cable, 6 foot power cable, 100dB siren and covert antenna mounting bracket
GOST NAV-TRACKER 1
The GOST NAV-TRACKER 1.0 is the introduction system. It was originally created at the request of insurance companies as a low cost GPS tracking system for their customers. Many insurance companies offer discounts for customers who install any GOST NAV-TRACKER system on their vessel. The GOST NAV-TRACKER 1.0 uses the same technology and website as the other versions of the NAV-TRACKER, however access is entirely internet based, arming and disarming the system is controlled from the website only. The system will send multiple daily position reports, at intervals selected by the user and update users at anytime, using the website.
The Nav-Tracker 1.0 also has an available panic/SOS button that can be used to notify
recipients of any trouble. This feature is very useful on jet skis or other small watercraft when users
run out of fuel, get lost or cannot get the Jet Ski started after a spill. They can press a button and either mothership will be notified or your nominated contact of your position (internet connection or cell phone coverage required on main vessel to receive reports)
Package includes:
• PM-NT1.0-30 includes the antenna, 30ft cable and covert antenna mounting bracket
• PM-NT1.0-60 includes the antenna, 60ft cable and covert antenna mounting bracket
Optional:
SOS Panic Button
GOST MG-NAV-TRACKER
This system includes all of the same features and options as the GOST NAV-TRACKER 2.0, plus wireless transmitters to communicate with any of the Marine Magellan systems. Before, arm & disarm for Nav 1.0 was only accessed through the web. Our Nav 2.0 added the key option to locally arm/disarm. The MG NAV-TRACKER cannot be armed or disarmed from the website like the other versions, but rather it is armed and disarmed by the GOST Marine Magellan or Insight system. This gives the unit the ability to be controlled via a cell phone. This feature allows the Marine Magellan or Insight system to send an alert if the alarm is tripped via the Inmarsat satellites. This is helpful in situations where the vessel is out of range of the GSM cellular networks. The MG NAV-TRACKER can be part of any Marine Magellan or Insight system when it is originally installed or added at anytime.
Package includes:
• PM-MG-NT-30 includes the MG-NT control unit with built in wireless transmitters, antenna, 30 ft antenna cable, 6 foot power cable and covert antenna mounting bracket
• PM-MG-NT-60 includes the MG-NT control unit with built in wireless transmitters, antenna, 60 ft antenna cable, 6 foot power cable and covert antenna mounting bracket
